Key Election Dates

Candidate Nomination Filing July 13 – Friday, August 7, 2026 (5:00 p.m.) is the standard filing period for candidates advancing from the Primary and for those running for school board, community services district, or special district office. If an incumbent does not file by the August 7 deadline, the filing period is extended to Wednesday, August 12, 2026.
